Operational & Financial Due Diligence

Following the execution of non-binding LOI, Dubb Value will help you hit the ground running with creating an infrastructure with governance routines, establishing a structured virtual data room, and assistance with deeper dives into operational and financial analysis.  With domain expertise, the Dubb Value team can assist with workstreams, including, but not limited to Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Sales.

Commercial Due Diligence

Dubb Value thrives in helping to devise strategy and strategic rationale, which may assist with developing the business case as to why a target may be attractive. As part of the assessment, the team will assist with identifying how the transaction could enhance brand or market position while also performing a deeper dive on the incremental markets, customers, and sales channels that might be created or accessed.

Integration / Seperation

While value creation is the ultimate desire of most transactions, Dubb Value wants to make sure that there is a way to capture the value created through the right Day 1 Planning & Execution as well as short-term and longer-term integration and / or separation initiatives.  If Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) were part of the transaction, Dubb Value will partner effectively to not only manage to the agreements, but also exit the agreements as quickly as possible.
