Jonathan Wilson, a native of Los Angeles, was appointed as the inaugural chairperson of West Hollywood’s Social Justice Task Force in August 2021. With a professional background that includes roles at Accenture, Countrywide Financial, Bank of America, Deloitte, and Grant Thornton, Wilson brings extensive experience to his leadership position. He also founded Dubb Value Creation, a management consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

Wilson’s personal journey is marked by his experiences growing up as one of the few Black individuals in predominantly white neighborhoods like Pacific Palisades and Beverly Hills. These experiences have shaped his commitment to addressing systemic biases and promoting social justice. As chairperson, Wilson aims to enhance representation and opportunities for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities in West Hollywood. His initiatives focus on increasing BIPOC-owned businesses, promoting BIPOC individuals to managerial positions, and ensuring equitable access to city services.
