Samantha has over three years of experience in the Tech industry working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Jonathan Wilson

CEO & Chief Value Creator

Jonathan Wilson is a dynamic 25-year value creation professional focused on mergers, acquisitions, and strategy. Jonathan’s background originated with almost 20 years focused on partnering with division-level and corporate-level executives within Fortune 500 companies through his former employers, Accenture, Bank of America, Deloitte Consulting, and Grant Thornton. In addition, Jonathan has an MBA in General Management and International Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Combining his business acumen, experience, and education, Jonathan is an effective problem solver and connector, adept at defining business strategy, leading buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities, implementing strategic business growth initiatives, and managing through crisis and change.

In addition to leading his company, Jonathan volunteers as a Board Member for the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, former Chair and current Member of the Social Justice Advisory Board for the City of West Hollywood, and President Emeritus for the UCLA Anderson Black Alumni Association.
